Services

Digital marketing services built around enquiries

Ten services for Indian businesses, from a first marketing audit to ads, WhatsApp, CRM, SEO, websites, video and ERP, all aimed at one result: more enquiries, answered quickly and turned into customers.

  • Updated October 2026

How the services fit together

One connected system

Most businesses do not need every service at once. They need the two or three that matter most right now, connected so you can trace an enquiry from the first ad to the final invoice.

We treat marketing as five jobs that hand work to each other:

  1. Plan. A Business Marketing Audit shows where you lose enquiries and money.
  2. Attract. Lead generation ads, search engine optimisation and corporate and influencer videos put you in front of buyers.
  3. Build trust. Your website, Google 360° tour and social media pages show buyers you are worth calling.
  4. Convert. WhatsApp marketing and a customer relationship management (CRM) system with chatbots and AI agents help every enquiry get a fast reply and a named person to follow it up.
  5. Run. An enterprise resource planning (ERP) system keeps stock, billing and GST in order as sales grow.
How the ten services connect Plan with an audit; attract with lead generation ads, SEO and videos; build trust with a website, 360° tours and social media; convert with WhatsApp and a CRM; run operations with an ERP. A dashed line shows sales outcomes going from the CRM back to the lead generation ads. Plan Business Marketing Audit Attract Lead generation ads SEO · Videos Build trust Website · 360° VR tours Social media and portfolio Convert WhatsApp · CRM + AI agents Run ERP: stock, billing, GST
How the services connect. The dashed line is the step that is easiest to miss: when your CRM records which leads became customers, Meta and Google can learn which leads buy.

Business Marketing Audit

  • Service 01 of 10

A structured review of everything between your ad spend and your sales: ads, tracking, website, Google Business Profile, social pages and WhatsApp follow-up. You get a written report that ranks what to fix first, and a prioritised action plan.

Free audit or full audit? Our free audit is a short, prioritised review of your ads, tracking, website and follow-up, shared with you on a call or on WhatsApp. The Business Marketing Audit described here goes deeper and ends with a written report and an action plan; its fee depends on scope.

Best for
Businesses that advertise
You get
Report and action plan
We need
View-only access
Typical format
One-time project

What we check

Seven areas, in the order an enquiry travels
AreaWhat we look for
Meta and Google ad accountsOwnership, structure, budgets, audiences, tired creative and wasted spend
TrackingWhether the Meta Pixel, Conversions API, Google tag and Google Analytics 4 (GA4) count every lead once
Website and landing pagesMobile speed, forms, thank-you pages, trust signals and privacy notices
Google Business ProfileVerification, primary category, hours, photos, reviews and replies
Social profilesBio, links, highlights, posting rhythm and replies
WhatsApp and CRM follow-upHow fast a test enquiry gets a reply, and who follows it up
CompetitorsTheir live ads in Meta’s Ad Library and Google’s Ads Transparency Center, and their Maps presence

How the audit works

  1. Access and a short call

You share view-only access and tell us your goals, margins and sales process.

  2. Review

We work through each area, send a test enquiry and compare you with your main competitors.

  3. Written report

Findings ranked by impact and effort, written so your team can act on them.

  4. Action plan

What to fix first, what to build next and what to measure, in-house or with us.

Want the quick version first?

Start with the free audit. Send us one recent ad and the page it links to on WhatsApp (opens in a new tab), and we will send back a short, prioritised list of what to fix first.

What to expect: a plain-language picture of where enquiries and money are lost, and a plan your team can follow. The audit changes nothing in your accounts.

CRM (Chatbots & AI Agents)

  • Service 02 of 10

A CRM (customer relationship management) system gives every enquiry a stage, a next step and a named person responsible for it. We connect it to your ads, website and WhatsApp, and add chatbots and AI agents that answer common questions at any hour and pass serious buyers to your team.

Best for
Sales and support teams
You get
One inbox, lead stages
Links to
Ads, website, WhatsApp
Typical format
Project + support
How a lead moves through the CRM Website, WhatsApp and ad enquiries reach one inbox, get an instant reply, are assigned to your team and get a WhatsApp follow-up, and end as won or lost. The outcome is sent back to Meta and Google. Website Forms WhatsApp Chats Ads Meta, Google One shared inbox Every lead in one place Instant reply, 24×7 Answers, qualifies, books Assigned to your team Owner, stage, reminders WhatsApp follow-up Templates to opted-in leads Won New customer Lost Reason noted Outcome sent back to Meta and Google
Lead journey. Every enquiry gets a reply, a named person and a follow-up. Where lead volume allows, the outcome goes back to the ad platforms so they can learn which leads buy.

What we set up

  • Every source in one place. Lead forms, website forms, click-to-WhatsApp ads and calls.
  • An instant first reply. A chatbot acknowledges the enquiry and collects the basics.
  • AI agents that know your business. Answers from your own FAQs and policies, with a handover to a person.
  • Stages and assignment. From new to won or lost, with one person responsible for each lead.
  • Follow-up reminders. So callbacks do not slip through.
  • Useful reports. Leads by source, reply times and reasons for lost deals.

How we set it up

  1. Map your sources and tools

Where enquiries come from today, and any CRM or spreadsheet you already use.

  2. Set stages and assignment

Stages that match how you sell, and who follows up which leads.

  3. Connect the channels

Ads, website forms and WhatsApp send new leads in automatically.

  4. Train the team

Short sessions on the screens each person uses.

  5. Send outcomes back

Qualified and won leads go back to Meta and Google, where your lead volume allows.

Sending results back to your ads

Ad platforms usually see only the form fill. When your CRM marks a lead as qualified or won, we can send that outcome back: to Meta through the Conversions API for CRM, and to Google through enhanced conversions for leads via Google’s Data Manager. Both platforms can then optimise for leads that become customers.

Since April 2026, Meta has required a Conversions API integration for new campaigns that use the “Maximize number of qualified leads” performance goal, and existing campaigns have been affected since August 2026.

This works best with steady lead volume: Meta suggests at least 200 leads a month and daily uploads from the CRM. With fewer leads, the outcomes are still useful for your own reporting.

AI agents on WhatsApp: what is allowed

Since 15 January 2026, Meta’s terms bar AI providers from offering their AI on the WhatsApp Business Platform when the AI itself is the main product, as with a general-purpose assistant. Meta allows exceptions only where the law requires them, such as in Brazil, Türkiye and much of Europe; India is not one of them.

AI that serves your own customers is allowed. WhatsApp’s Business Messaging Policy requires prompt, clear and direct escalation paths whenever automation replies, such as a handover to a person in the chat, a phone number or an email address.

What our assistants do

  • Answer questions about your products and policies
  • Book appointments, site visits and demos
  • Ask qualifying questions and tag the lead
  • Hand the chat to a named team member

What we will not do

  • Build a general-purpose assistant that chats about anything
  • Leave customers with no way to reach a person
  • Let a bot pretend to be human
  • Message people who never opted in

What to expect: fewer enquiries waiting overnight, a clear view of who is following up on what, and, where lead volume allows, campaigns that learn from real sales outcomes.

ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning)

  • Service 03 of 10

An ERP puts stock, sales, purchases, billing, GST, payroll and reports in one system instead of a dozen spreadsheets. We set it up around how you already work and build custom modules where standard software falls short.

Best for
Traders, manufacturers
You get
Setup, data, training
Typical format
Project + support

Modules we set up

  • Inventory. Stock by item, batch and location, with reorder levels.
  • Sales and purchase. Quotations, orders, delivery notes and vendor bills.
  • Billing and GST. GST invoices with HSN (Harmonized System of Nomenclature) product codes, e-invoices and e-way bills.
  • Payroll and HR. Attendance, leave, salaries and payslips.
  • Dashboards. Sales, margins, receivables and stock value.
  • Custom modules. Dealer orders, service tickets or production planning.

GST rules your ERP has to handle

E-invoicing, HSN and e-way bill rulesThresholds as of October 2026; we confirm them with your chartered accountant (CA) before go-live. On a phone, swipe sideways to see what the ERP does.
RuleWhen it appliesWhat the ERP does
E-invoicingAggregate turnover above ₹5 crore in any financial year since 2017-18 (from 1 August 2023)Sends B2B invoices to the Invoice Registration Portal and prints the Invoice Reference Number (IRN) and QR code it returns
30-day reportingAnnual aggregate turnover (AATO) of ₹10 crore or more (from 1 April 2025)Flags invoices and notes before they pass 30 days unreported
6-digit HSN codesAATO above ₹5 croreKeeps the right HSN code on every item
E-way billsGoods worth more than ₹50,000 being moved (some states set a higher limit for movement within the state)Prepares e-way bill details from the invoice

Sources: GST Council Notification 10/2023–Central Tax, GSTN advisory (November 2024), e-invoice and e-way bill portals.

How we roll it out

  1. Map how orders, stock and money move today.
  2. Configure the modules and build any custom ones.
  3. Move your masters (items, customers, vendors, opening stock) and test with real transactions.
  4. Train each team on its own screens, then go live in stages.
  5. Support and new reports as the business grows.

What to expect: fewer manual entries, stock and receivables you can trust, and GST work that no longer depends on one person’s spreadsheet. Leads won in your CRM can flow into the ERP as orders.

Google 360° VR Tours

  • Service 04 of 10

A 360° virtual tour lets people walk through your showroom, hotel, restaurant, clinic, school or sample flat before they visit. We capture it, publish it to Google Maps on your Business Profile and embed the same tour on your website.

Best for
Businesses people visit
You get
Tour on Maps, website
Share it on
WhatsApp, social, ads
Typical format
One-time project

Google says photos and virtual tours help people decide to visit a business. On Maps, your tour appears in your Business Profile’s photos, under “Street View & 360°”.

How a tour is made

  1. Plan the walkthrough

We agree the route a customer would take, and the rooms and angles to show.

  2. Capture

360° photos, called Photo Spheres, are taken along the route. Google suggests a camera height of 1.2 to 1.8 metres and spheres about a metre apart indoors.

  3. Stitch and connect

We check each sphere for stitching errors and link them into a walkthrough.

  4. Publish and embed

The tour goes live on Google Maps, on your website and as a link for WhatsApp.

  5. Keep it current

After a renovation or a new collection, we can reshoot what changed.

Google’s technical requirements

We shoot to Google’s published standards: Photo Spheres of 7.5 MP or more (3,840 × 1,920 px) in a 2:1 ratio, up to 75 MB each, with no more than 100 photos in an indoor collection. Once the spheres are linked into a tour and published, Google asks you to allow up to 4 days for the links to be processed.

Source: Google Maps Help, “Create & publish Photo Spheres to Google Maps”.

Before we shoot

Google shows Business Profile photos only after the profile is verified, so we check that first. Google lets businesses publish their own 360° imagery or hire a professional; we handle capture, stitching and publishing, and only photograph premises you own or manage, with your permission.

What to expect: a richer Business Profile, a tour you can send on WhatsApp, visitors who arrive already knowing the space, and enquiries from people who could not visit first.

Social Media & Portfolio Management

  • Service 05 of 10

Consistent, original content on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube, planned ahead and tied to what you sell. For builders, interior designers, manufacturers and consultants, we also manage your portfolio: the projects people check before they call.

Best for
Brands that sell on trust
You get
Content, replies, report
Typical format
Monthly retainer

How a month runs

  1. Plan

A content calendar of themes, offers, festivals and launches for the weeks ahead.

  2. Your approval

You approve the calendar and the key posts before they go live.

  3. Produce

Scripted and edited Reels and Shorts with captions burned in, plus posts, carousels and Stories in your brand style.

  4. Publish and reply

Posts go out on schedule, comments and messages get replies, and sales enquiries reach your team.

  5. Report

What worked, what to change and the enquiries social media brought in.

Alongside the monthly work, we keep your profiles in shape (bio, highlights, links and WhatsApp buttons) and your portfolio current, with project galleries and a LinkedIn company page that match your website.

Formats we plan around

What the platforms say, and how we use it
FormatHow we use it
Instagram Reels (up to 3 minutes, can reach non-followers)One idea per reel, a strong opening, captions
Trial reels (shown to non-followers first)Test openings before sharing the best with followers
YouTube Shorts (up to 3 minutes)Reuse the strongest reels, re-edited for YouTube
Business Profile posts (archived after six months unless dated)Keep offers and events current on Google

Sources: Instagram for Creators blog, Meta Newsroom, YouTube Help and Google Business Profile Help.

Original beats frequent

Instagram’s own growth advice is to post original content consistently. We would rather publish fewer posts that sound like you than daily posts that sound like everyone else.

What to expect: profiles that look active and trustworthy when a customer checks you out after an ad, and social enquiries that reach your sales team.

Lead Generation (Performance Marketing)

  • Service 06 of 10

Where we run campaigns

  • Meta

Instant forms, click-to-WhatsApp, call and website campaigns on Facebook and Instagram, scaled with Advantage+ campaign budget (formerly campaign budget optimisation, or CBO).

  • Google Search and Maps

Search campaigns with AI Max where it helps, Performance Max for store goals, and call assets on Search ads, with calls tracked through Google forwarding numbers.

  • YouTube

Skippable, bumper, in-feed and Shorts ads through Video and Demand Gen campaigns, to build demand before people search.

  • LinkedIn

Targeting by job title, company, industry and seniority, with Lead Gen Forms pre-filled from LinkedIn profiles. Best for B2B.

In plain words: AI Max lets Search ads reach relevant searches beyond your keywords, Performance Max runs one campaign across all of Google’s channels, and Demand Gen shows image and video ads on YouTube, Discover, Gmail and the Display Network, and in beta on Maps. Our Google Ads guide explains each one.

The playbook behind every campaign

Every account runs on the same system, and each part has its own guide.

India-specific details we plan for

  • Meta does not offer PIN-code targeting in India, so we target cities, regions or a radius around your shop.
  • Google’s Local Services Ads are not available in India; local businesses use Search with call and location assets, and Performance Max for store goals.
  • Google forwarding numbers work in India, so calls from ads can count as conversions.
  • Search, Shopping and Performance Max ads can appear in AI Overviews and AI Mode in India, in English (Google Ads Help).

What to expect: a phase of setup and testing, then regular optimisation: pausing what fails, moving budget to what works and refreshing tired creative. Cost per lead, lead quality and sales come together in a regular review.

WhatsApp Marketing

  • Service 07 of 10

Business app or Business Platform?

Meta offers two WhatsApp products for businesses.

For chats from a phone

Business app

Built for small business owners chatting from a phone or desktop.

  • Automation: greeting and away messages, plus Meta Business Agent, Meta’s own AI agent, where available
  • Verified badge: Meta Verified, a paid subscription where eligible
  • Best when: one person or a small team handles chats

For scale and software

Business Platform (API)

Built for lead generation, commerce and marketing at scale.

  • Automation: chatbots, AI agents and CRM updates, with a route to a person
  • Verified badge: Official Business Account, granted by Meta after review
  • Best when: ads drive volume or several people reply

Sources: WhatsApp Business app and Meta for Developers, checked October 2026.

You may not have to choose: Meta’s coexistence onboarding links an existing Business app number to the Business Platform while your team keeps chatting in the app. Group chats do not sync, broadcast lists in the app are switched off and sending speed is capped, so very large campaigns may still need a separate number.

How we set it up and run it

  1. Business Platform setup

Verification support, display name, two-step verification and the API connection.

  2. Message templates

Marketing, utility and authentication templates written for Meta’s approval.

  3. Chatbots, catalogues and CRM routing

FAQs, bookings and product messages from your catalogue, with every chat logged and assigned in your CRM.

  4. Click-to-WhatsApp ads

Meta ads that open a chat with you.

  5. Broadcasts

Offers and updates to customers who opted in, grouped by interest.

The rules we follow

  • Opt-in first. WhatsApp’s Business Messaging Policy allows messages only to people who gave you their phone number (or WhatsApp username) and opted in.
  • Opt-outs honoured. Every request to stop, on or off WhatsApp, is respected.
  • The 24-hour window. When a customer messages you, you can reply with ordinary messages for 24 hours.
  • Templates outside it. After that, only templates approved by Meta can be sent, and WhatsApp may cap how many marketing messages one person receives.

The blue tick is Meta’s decision

No agency can promise a verified badge. On the Business Platform, Meta reviews requests for Official Business Account status, which needs compliance with WhatsApp’s Business Messaging Policy, 30 days on the Business Platform, a verified business, two-step verification and an approved display name. Business app users can subscribe to Meta Verified where eligible. We prepare the groundwork; Meta decides.

How WhatsApp charges work

  • Charged per delivered message. Meta charges by category (marketing, utility, authentication, service or Meta Business Agent) and the customer’s country.
  • Incoming messages are free. Messages customers send you are not charged.
  • A free window after ads. Reply within 24 hours to someone who messaged you from a click-to-WhatsApp ad, and a free messaging window opens; Meta Business Agent messages are still charged in it.
  • Service replies. Since 1 October 2026, service messages beyond 1,000 per number a month are charged too.
  • Who bills you. Message charges are billed by Meta or your provider.

Voice broadcast, as a companion channel

Some customers respond better to a short recorded call, such as a festive offer. We run voice broadcasts alongside WhatsApp, only to customers who agreed to hear from you.

Under the rules of the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI), promotional calls must come from registered 140-series numbers obtained through a telecom operator. They may reach only people who have not blocked that category on the Do Not Disturb (DND) registry, or who gave recorded consent, and every opt-out must be honoured. Check your specific case with a legal adviser.

What to expect: faster replies, broadcasts only to people who asked for them, and every chat logged in your CRM.

Search Engine Optimisation (SEO)

  • Service 08 of 10

One Google index, three places to appear Your website and Business Profile feed Google Search, which supplies search results, AI Overviews and AI Mode. Your website Helpful pages Business Profile Photos and reviews Google Search Indexes and ranks content Search results AI Overviews AI Mode
One index, three surfaces. Good SEO serves ordinary results, AI Overviews and AI Mode together, and your Business Profile also shapes how you appear on Maps. Google says AI features have no extra requirements: pages must be indexed and allowed to show a snippet.

How we work on SEO

  1. Technical fixes

Crawling, indexing, site structure, internal links and Core Web Vitals.

  2. Business Profile and on-page

Verification, a precise primary category, hours, photos and posts; titles, headings, copy and structured data that matches what visitors see.

  3. Content from customer questions

Service pages and guides in the languages your customers search in.

  4. Links and mentions

Directories, industry bodies and local press, earned rather than bought.

  5. Reporting

Search Console, including its generative AI performance report, plus calls from Maps.

AI Overviews and AI Mode in India

AI Overviews
Launched in India in August 2024, in English and Hindi.
AI Mode
Launched in India in June 2025. It now works in English, Hindi and many other Indian languages, including Bengali, Gujarati, Kannada, Malayalam, Marathi, Odia, Punjabi, Tamil, Telugu and Urdu.
What Google says helps
Optimising for these features is still SEO. What helps is original, expert content, structured data that matches the visible text, and an accurate Business Profile. No special markup is needed, and Google Search ignores files such as llms.txt.
FAQ snippets
FAQ rich results stopped showing in May 2026, so we write FAQs for people, not for snippets.

Local rankings and reviews

Google ranks local results on three factors, and states that nobody can pay for a better local ranking.

  • Relevance

How well your Business Profile matches what someone searched for.

  • Distance

How far you are from the place named in the search, or from the person searching.

  • Prominence

How well known you are, including your reviews and the websites that link to you.

Ask every customer for an honest review with a Google review link or QR code. Offering discounts or gifts for reviews breaks Google’s rules and can get new reviews blocked or a warning shown on your profile.

No ranking promises

Rankings depend on Google’s systems and your competitors, so we never promise positions or traffic numbers. We commit to a clear plan, changes made for real customers and honest monthly reporting. Google does not verify or endorse SEO services, including ours.

What to expect: work that builds over months rather than weeks, reported monthly in plain terms: searches, calls and enquiries.

Website Development

  • Service 09 of 10

Business websites, landing pages and online stores that load fast on a phone, explain your offer clearly and send enquiries to WhatsApp and your CRM. Tracking is in place from day one, so you can see which ads and pages bring customers.

Best for
New sites and redesigns
You get
Design, build, tracking

WhatsApp, CRM, ads
Typical format
Project + support

What we build

  • Websites

Service pages written for search, a portfolio, and details that match your Business Profile.

  • Landing pages

One page, one offer, one action, made for a specific campaign, city or audience.

  • Online stores

Payments, shipping, GST invoices and product feeds for Google and Meta, with purchase tracking.

How a website project runs

  1. Brief and sitemap

Your offer, audience and pages, and the one action each page should drive.

  2. Copy and design

Words first, then a mobile-first design in your brand style.

  3. Build with tracking

Pages and forms, connected to WhatsApp and your CRM, with the Google tag, GA4 and Meta Pixel.

  4. Test

Speed, forms, tracking and keyboard checks on mobile and desktop.

  5. Launch and handover

The domain, hosting and logins stay in your business name.

Built to Google’s speed standards

We test every build against Google’s “good” Core Web Vitals thresholds, measured on mobile:

2.5 sLargest Contentful Paint (LCP): main content loads within this timeSource: Google Search Central
200 msInteraction to Next Paint (INP): the page reacts to a tap within this timeReplaced First Input Delay in March 2024
0.1Cumulative Layout Shift (CLS): how much the layout may shift unexpectedly while someone uses the pageSource: Google Search Central

Every site we build includes

  • Mobile-first design. Google indexes the mobile version of your pages, so we design for the phone first.
  • Forms that reach you. Enquiries go to WhatsApp, email and your CRM at once.
  • Tracking ready. Google tag, GA4 key events, Meta Pixel and Conversions API, tested before launch.
  • Privacy and consent. Standalone consent notices in line with India’s Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Rules 2025, and a privacy policy, which lead forms also require.
  • Honest design. No false urgency, drip pricing or basket sneaking, all named in the Central Consumer Protection Authority’s (CCPA) Guidelines for Prevention and Regulation of Dark Patterns, 2023.
  • Secure and accessible. HTTPS, which Meta’s business verification looks for, and keyboard-friendly pages following the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2.

What to expect: a site that loads quickly on mobile data, makes the next step obvious and shows you which pages and campaigns bring enquiries.

Corporate & Influencer Videos

  • Service 10 of 10

Brand films, Reels and Shorts, product demos and influencer collaborations, each planned for where it will run: an ad, your website, a WhatsApp share or a sales meeting. We brief every influencer on India’s disclosure rules and review their posts for a clear label.

Best for
Brands and B2B firms

Typical format
Per project

What we make

  • Corporate and brand films. Your story, facilities and team, for your website and YouTube.
  • Reels and Shorts. Vertical videos with captions burned in, because Meta’s automatic subtitle enhancement for video ads supports English voiceovers only.
  • Product and walkthrough videos. Demos, unboxings and showroom walkthroughs.
  • Customer stories. Real customers in their own words, filmed with consent.
  • Influencer collaborations. Shortlist, brief, approvals and usage rights.
  • Ad cut-downs. Short versions and alternative openings for testing.

How a video gets made

  1. Brief

Where the video will run, who it is for and the one thing it must say.

  2. Script and shot list

Approved by you before the shoot.

  3. Shoot

At your premises or on location, with consent from everyone on camera.

  4. Edit

Captions burned in, plus short cut-downs and alternative openings for ads.

  5. Delivery

Vertical, square and horizontal versions for each place the video will run.

Influencer disclosure rules in India

The Advertising Standards Council of India’s (ASCI) Guidelines for Influencer Advertising in Digital Media apply whenever a brand and a creator have a material connection, including free products, and the brand shares responsibility with the influencer. The label must be upfront, not buried among hashtags. Permitted labels include Ad, Advertisement, Sponsored, Collaboration, Partnership, Employee, Free gift and Affiliate, plus the platforms’ paid-partnership tags.

How long the label must stay on screen in a video

Finance, health and synthetic content

Creators who give stock or investment advice must be registered with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) and show their registration number; health and nutrition advice needs a relevant qualification, such as a medical degree. ASCI’s guidelines on labelling synthetically generated content, published in September 2026 and effective three months later, add labels for synthetic influencers, cloned voices and renders of projects not yet built.

What to expect: videos made for a specific job, delivered in every format you need, and influencer posts checked against ASCI’s rules.

Working together

Three ways to work with us

Most work takes one of these three forms. Pricing depends on scope and is agreed with you after the free audit. Your ad budget is always paid directly to the platforms.

  • Audit first

Start with our free audit, a short, prioritised review shared on a call or on WhatsApp. For more depth, the Business Marketing Audit adds a written report and an action plan, for your own team or as the start of a longer engagement.

  • One-time project

A build with a clear finish line, such as a website, CRM setup, ERP rollout, 360° tour or brand film, typically ending with handover and training.

  • Monthly retainer

Ongoing ads, social media, SEO and WhatsApp campaigns, with regular optimisation and review.

How an engagement usually runs

  1. Free audit

A short, prioritised review of your ads, tracking, website and follow-up.

  2. Plan and scope

Priorities, deliverables and responsibilities, agreed with you in writing.

  3. Setup

Accounts in your name, tracking, WhatsApp and CRM routing.

  4. Launch

Campaigns, content or builds go live.

  5. Review

Ongoing changes and a regular review in plain language.

FAQ

Questions about our services

Common questions from business owners. Anything else? Ask us on WhatsApp (opens in a new tab).

Do we need to take all ten services?

No. Most businesses start with the free audit and one or two services that fix their biggest gap. Every service connects to the others, so adding one later does not mean starting again.

How do you price your services?

It depends on scope: the channels, the volume of work and whether it is a project or a retainer. After the free audit, we agree the scope and fee with you in writing. Your ad budget is separate and paid directly to the platforms, and WhatsApp message charges are billed by Meta or your provider.

Who owns the accounts, website and data?

You do. Ad accounts, Pages, WhatsApp numbers, Business Profiles, domains and data are set up in your business name, and we work through partner or manager access that you control.

How soon will we see results?

It depends on the service. Ads can start bringing enquiries soon after launch, though results are usually less stable until campaigns leave Meta’s and Google’s learning phases. SEO builds over months. A website, CRM or ERP makes a difference once it is live and your team uses it. We agree what to measure before we start, so you can see progress.

What do you need from us to start?

Your goals and margins, access to your ad accounts, analytics and Business Profile (view-only is enough for an audit), and one person on your side who can approve work and answer questions. You grant access from your own accounts, without sharing any passwords.

Can you get the blue tick for our WhatsApp number?

No one outside Meta can guarantee it. A Business Platform number can be put forward for Official Business Account status once the business complies with WhatsApp’s Business Messaging Policy, has been on the Business Platform for 30 days and is verified, and the number has two-step verification and an approved display name; Meta reviews each request. Business app users can buy Meta Verified where eligible.

Can you guarantee first-page rankings on Google?

No, and be wary of anyone who does. Rankings depend on Google’s systems and your competitors, and Google states that nobody can pay for a better local ranking. We commit to the work and report on it every month.

Do you work outside your service areas?

Yes. We work remotely with businesses across India. Core service areas: Mumbai · Delhi · Pune · Central India. Shoots and 360° tours need a site visit, which we plan with you.
