What the free audit gives you

  • A prioritised list. The costliest leak first, with the fix and who can make it.
  • A plain-language walkthrough. On a call or on WhatsApp, with every term explained.
  • Advice you can use either way. Hiring us is optional.

Want more depth? Our Business Marketing Audit is the in-depth version, with a written report and a prioritised action plan; its fee depends on scope.

How we use your details

What you share. Your name and mobile number, plus your business name, city, service, ad budget range and message if you fill them in.

Why. Only to reply to this enquiry and talk to you about it.

Your choices. To withdraw consent, or to see, correct or delete your details, message us on WhatsApp or write to hi.marketnow@gmail.com. If we cannot resolve a concern, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

The box is separate, never pre-ticked and covers only this enquiry: India’s DPDP Act 2023 asks for consent given by a clear, affirmative action, and the DPDP Rules 2025 (opens in a new tab) call for standalone, clear consent notices that state the purpose.

Free marketing audit

What the free audit looks at

Ad money rarely leaks in just one place. Enquiries slip away between the ad, the landing page, the first reply and the follow-up, so the audit checks each step.

Where the free audit looks Five stages of an enquiry, from your ad to the sale or booking, each paired with what the audit checks, ending with whether the result is reported back to the ads. The enquiry We check Your ad Meta or Google Audience, offer and creative Landing point Site, form, WhatsApp Speed, forms and chat buttons First reply Call or chat Reply speed and who answers Follow-up CRM or sheet Lead stages and reminders Sale or booking Your real goal Reported back to the ads?
Audit map. A sale that is never reported back to Meta or Google is a leak too: the ads can only optimise for the clicks and form fills they see, not for the enquiries that turn into sales.
  • Your ads. Structure, audiences, offers, creative and the budget split across Meta and Google.
  • Landing pages. Mobile speed, and whether forms, WhatsApp and call buttons work.
  • First reply. How quickly each enquiry gets an answer, and who gives it.
  • Follow-up. Lead stages and reminders in your CRM (customer management software) or sheet, and who follows up when leads go quiet.
  • Tracking and reporting. Whether the Meta Pixel and Conversions API (the website and server connections that tell Meta when an enquiry happens) and the Google tag and Google Analytics 4 (GA4) key events (the actions GA4 counts as results) record real enquiries, not just clicks, and whether sales are reported back to the ads.
  • Local presence. Your Google Business Profile, if customers find you on Maps.

After you enquire

What happens next

The usual sequence, from your first message to your decision. Timing depends mostly on how quickly access is shared.

  1. You reach out

WhatsApp, call, email or the form. Share your business, city and goal.

  2. We ask questions

About your customers, your current numbers and what you want to grow.

  3. You share access

Read-only or partial access to your ad accounts and analytics. No passwords.

  4. We audit and explain

Where enquiries leak and what to fix first, in plain language.

  5. You decide

Want our help? We agree the scope and fee with you before any work starts.

Ownership

Your accounts stay in your name

We ask for access, never ownership. If we ever part ways, your accounts, data and audiences stay with you.

  • Meta. Your business portfolio (formerly Business Manager) holds your Page, Instagram account, ad account and dataset (where Meta’s Events Manager keeps your Pixel data). You add us as a partner and choose, for each asset, full access or partial access to specific tasks. A partner cannot pass your assets on to another business, and anyone with full access to your portfolio can remove a partner (opens in a new tab).
  • New ad accounts. Meta says an ad account created in a business portfolio stays there permanently (opens in a new tab), so new ones are always created in your portfolio, never in ours: you create the account (we walk you through it) and then give our portfolio partner access to it.
  • Google. You add us as a user on Google Ads, GA4 and Google Tag Manager (where your site’s tracking codes are managed), or link your Google Ads account to our manager account (the Google Ads account agencies use to manage client accounts), which Google says your admins can unlink at any time (opens in a new tab). On your Business Profile we join as a manager; only owners can add or remove users.
  • Access for the audit. View-only access is usually enough: Read only on Google Ads, Viewer on GA4, Read on Tag Manager if you use it, and on Meta, “View performance” on the ad account plus partial access (“Use events dataset”) to your dataset, so we can see what your Pixel and Conversions API send.

How access works, step by step

Who owns what when we work on your accounts Your business owns its Meta and Google assets. You grant Market Now access without sharing passwords, and you can remove it at any time. Your business owns Meta business portfolio Facebook Page Instagram Ad account Dataset (Pixel) Google Google Ads GA4 property Tag Manager Business Profile You grant access no passwords shared Market Now Works with the access you grant You can remove our access any time
Ownership. Partner access on Meta; user access or a manager-account link on Google. We never ask you to transfer ownership.

FAQ

Questions before you get in touch

Is the first audit really free?

Yes. The first audit costs nothing. It is a short review of your ads, landing pages, tracking and follow-up that ends in a prioritised list of what to fix first, which we walk you through on a call or on WhatsApp. There is no obligation to hire us, and the fixes we suggest are yours to act on either way.

The in-depth Business Marketing Audit, with a written report and a prioritised action plan, is a separate service; its fee depends on scope.

What do I need to share for the free audit?

Your website or Instagram link, where your enquiries come from today and how you follow them up. If you already advertise, we also ask for view-only access to your ad accounts, analytics and tracking, which you grant from your own accounts without sharing any passwords.

How much do your services cost?

Our fee depends on scope: the services and platforms involved, and whether it is a one-time project or monthly work. Your ad budget is separate. Meta or Google charges it to your own ad account and bills you directly, with GST where it applies.

Do I have to sign a contract?

No contract is needed for the free audit. If you want our help after that, we agree the scope, deliverables, fee and duration with you in writing before any paid work starts.

Who owns the ad accounts, pages and data?

You do. Your business portfolio, ad accounts, datasets, Google Ads account and Business Profile stay in your business name, and you can remove the access you give us whenever you choose.

How will I know how my campaigns are doing?

You can open your own ad accounts and check spend and results at any time, and we walk you through the results in plain language.

Do you work with businesses outside Mumbai, Delhi, Pune and Central India?

Yes. Those are our main service areas, and we also work remotely with businesses anywhere in India.

How quickly will you reply?

We reply as soon as we can. WhatsApp is usually the fastest route, and a message there reaches us even if we miss your call.
